Job Description:

A growing and transformational financial services firm is seeking a lead Python SQL Developer to play a key role in its technology and innovation strategy.

The successful applicant will join our delivery-focused and rapidly expanding technology and transformation team. The candidate will enhance the firm's data-driven decision-making abilities by utilising the latest technologies and AI tools used by the broader business and the software development functions.

Ideal candidates will be ambitious, entrepreneurial, and energetic. They will be willing to absorb new knowledge and grow within a dynamic, high-performance team.

Responsibilities include executing the technology and innovation strategy to support the business's growth by employing AI tools to derive insights across large sets of data and sources, and enhancing the existing technology ecosystem.

Key Skills required:

• Python: Strong skills in Python programming. Ability to build applications from concept to production and demonstrate understanding of the project lifecycle.
• SQL: Proficiency in SQL, stored procedures, etc.
• Microsoft Azure: Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Power Platform.
• AI Tools: Ability to create custom GPTs and Chatbots using AI tools such as Google Gemini API, Anthropics Claude AI, Microsoft CoPilot, and OpenAI's Chat GPT.
• Keen interest in financial products.
