Maven, a market-leading trading firm, seeks engineers to design and build reliable data pipelines and analytics for trading and research teams. You will work with traders, quants and developers to process terabytes of exchange traffic in real time and contribute to pricing algorithms and trading strategies.

Ideal candidates have strong Python and SQL skills, production experience, and a keen interest in finance.

Responsibilities

• Design and build reliable, timely and accurate data and analytics for trading and research teams.
• Work on data pipelines processing terabytes of exchange traffic in real time.
• Perform transformations and evaluations from nanosecond-level data to pricing models.
• Collaborate with traders, quants and other developers on data architectures and tooling.
• Contribute to production-quality software with automated testing and code reviews.
• Impact trading revenue through high-quality data infrastructure and insights
