Job summary

Thermoteknix Systems Ltd, based in Cambridge, is seeking a Python Developer to join our FPGA team. You will regression test a library of FPGA blocks using the cocotb Python framework. A strong Python background is essential; no prior cocotb or FPGA experience required.

You will collaborate with hardware, software and mechanical engineers to bring new products to market. Applicants must have at least 3 years in industry and the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Python development experience required.
• Experience writing unit tests and test suites.
• Ability to profile and optimize code.
• CI/CD workflows experience.
• Familiarity with Linux Makefiles and Bash scripting.
• Ability to write inline comments and docstrings.
