Referment ищет инженера уровня Senior для ведения продуктов от идеи до продакшена в рамках партнёрства с инновационным AI-стартапом по кибербезопасности. Ваша задача — проектировать сложные backend-архитектуры, работать над интерфейсами на React и развивать внутренние инструменты разработки.

Требуется сильный бекенд на Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask), опыт 3–6 лет и доказанный послужной список технических вкладов. Ожидается предпринимательское мышление и готовность к работе в стартап-среде.

Qualifications

• Глубокая техническая экспертиза в сложной backend-архитектуре и инженерии.
• Подтверждённый вклад в проекты/ OSS, активный профиль на GitHub.
• Опыт работы с React или готовность к фронтенду.

Responsibilities

• Владение продуктами на всём протяжении цикла — от проблемы клиента до продакшена.

Задачи:

• Own products end-to-end, from customer problem through to production
• Design complex backend architecture and systems
• Ship React interfaces
• Build internal developer tools and agentic consoles
• Improve databases and handle systems programming
• Debug production and deploy continuously
• Help shape the product and engineering culture

• Strong Python backend fundamentals with high-level application of tools like FastAPI, Django, or Flask
• Senior-level technical sophistication beyond routine maintenance tasks

• React experience or willingness to work across the frontend
• Startup mentality with genuine product ownership
• Around 3-6 years of experience focused on engineering depth
• Candidates primarily focused on product management or innovation titles rather than hands-on engineering are not a fit
