Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong academic background in a quantitative discipline (Math/Physics/CS).
• Experience in Python or similar language used in data analysis.
• Interest in financial markets, FX and interest rate products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple CST initiatives with timely execution and clear stakeholder communication.
• Design and implement full stack solutions (backend, APIs, data pipelines, frontend components).
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to improve data availability and usability.
• Drive product improvements and platform development for Validus Horizon.
