Job summary

Validus Risk Management Limited is seeking a Python Developer to join the Client Success Team. You will own small-to-medium scope enhancements from idea to production, delivering measurable business impact and contributing to CST initiatives.

The role focuses on full stack development, ETL processes, and driving improvements across the Horizon platform, with emphasis on accuracy, accountability, and technical quality.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong academic background in quantitative disciplines.
• Experience in Python or similar data-analysis language.
• Interest in financial markets, FX and interest rate products.
• Clear written and verbal communication, detail-oriented and time-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple CST initiatives with timely execution and clear stakeholder communication.
• Design and implement full stack solutions (backend services, APIs, data pipelines, frontend components).
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to improve data availability and usability.
• Drive improvements in Validus' product offering and platform development.
