Aviva plc in Norwich (also Bristol or London) is seeking a Python Developer to help build ML pipelines supporting pricing in Personal Lines. You will join a high-profile data science team shaping the future of insurance with cutting-edge analytics.

You will design and implement ML pipelines, collaborate with stakeholders, and apply data science techniques to deliver scalable, value-driven solutions across Aviva's data assets.

This is a great job for someone who will help build our machine learning model pipelines that support pricing in our Personal Lines business.

A bit about the job:

As a key developer within our Data Science team, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and enhancing cutting-edge machine learning pipelines while helping to establish coding best practices across the wider Personal Lines Data Science function.

You’ll have the freedom to be creative in designing and delivering innovative solutions, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and unlock value from our extensive data assets.

Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll develop a deep understanding of business challenges and translate them into clearly defined, scoped, and delivered solutions, leveraging the latest data science and machine learning techniques to drive meaningful business outcomes.
