Salt Search in Cambridge is seeking a mid-level software engineer with at least 2 years of commercial Python experience to join our hybrid team. You will work on AI and cybersecurity projects, designing production-grade software and mentoring peers.

Expect to tackle challenging R&D tasks, shape architectural direction, and collaborate across teams. A strong background in Python, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud environments is required, with independence and ownership of work emphasized.

Formación

• 2+ years of commercial Python coding experience.
• Proficiency with Python and at least one of C++, Rust or JavaScript.
• Experience with Docker and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of software architecture and design.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and Git.
• Interest or experience in cybersecurity or malware analysis.

An exciting AI & Cyber Security technology business in Cambridge are growing their R&D team.

You'll be working on some genuinely interesting problems across AI, cybersecurity and software engineering, helping build technology that detects and responds to new and evolving cyber threats.
