Qualificações

• Provide Low-Intensity CBT self-management for mild to moderate anxiety and depression.
• Work with diverse groups, using interpreters when needed.
• Engage in group and community outreach activities.
• Plan and deliver self-help CBT interventions in NICE-aligned care.
• Deliver face-to-face sessions across GP surgeries.
• Provide telephone Low-Intensity support to service users.
• Liaise with other professionals to facilitate signposting.
• Collaborate with practice teams; support GPs and staff.
• Promote mental health and educate service users about meds.
• Maintain a substantial caseload and ensure clinical contact hours.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Low-Intensity CBT-based interventions for mild to moderate anxiety and depression.
• Work with clients from diverse backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary.
• Involve in group and community engagement work.
• Plan, manage and implement facilitated self-help CBT interventions.
• Face-to-face work with service users across sites and GP surgeries.
• Telephone Low Intensity work with service users.
• Telephone liaison with other professionals to expedite signposting.
• Integrated working with other elements of the services.
• Liaise with practice teams including service users and carers, GP staff.
• Networking with the wider health and social care system.
