You will experience the entire business cycle of a private company, from inception to growth, maturity, and transition. Our team designs and implements tailored service plans for privately owned entities, entrepreneurs, and high net worth individuals, focusing on issues like wealth management, compliance, cash flow, equity expansion, divestiture, and exit strategies.

Our PwC Private teams support entrepreneurs, private business owners, and family enterprises at every growth stage, adapting to today's global landscape. The High Net Worth (HNW) practice within PwC Private supports HNW individuals and prominent families with tax and advisory needs, including cross-border tax issues involving US and Canadian assets and estate planning.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Navigate complex cross-border engagements and diverse teams
  • Design and implement personalized service plans for private entities and high-net-worth individuals
  • Focus on wealth management, compliance, equity expansion, divestiture, exit strategies, and intergenerational wealth transfers
  • Engage in coaching conversations at all levels
  • Balance strategic thinking with attention to detail
  • Develop expertise in Canadian and US tax rules and legislation
  • Foster an environment where people and technology collaborate effectively
  • Encourage open communication and trust-building with teams and clients
  • Uphold ethical standards and business conduct

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master's degree in Tax, CPA or equivalent, TEP designation or pursuit of these
  • Experience in public accounting, law firms, or handling complex cross-border tax planning for high-net-worth clients
