Our PwC Private teams support entrepreneurs, family enterprises, and high net worth individuals in managing ownership and growth. The High Net Worth (HNW) practice specializes in assisting families with cross-border tax issues, including estate planning for US citizens and Canadians with US assets.
Meaningful work you’ll be part of
As a PwC Private Cross Border Tax Manager, you’ll work on complex business issues, advising on restructuring and planning opportunities, designing tailored service plans, and focusing on wealth management, compliance, and intergenerational transfers. Responsibilities include coaching, managing details, providing technical expertise, fostering an inclusive environment, building trust, and upholding ethical standards.
Experience and skills required include a Master’s in Tax or equivalent, CPA or similar designation, and TEP designation or pursuit thereof. Experience in public accounting or law firms handling cross-border Canada-US tax planning for high-net-worth clients is advantageous. Strong problem-solving, communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential.
The salary range for the BC region is $82,300 - $137,000, with potential bonuses, depending on skills and location.
