Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Pharmacovigilance professional to join its safety team in Maidenhead, UK. You will lead aggregate reporting for PSURs/DSURs and RM Plans, manage signals, and coordinate regulatory responses. Qualifications include a biology/healthcare degree and PV experience; advanced degrees are preferred. Proficiency with Excel/Word/PowerPoint, and safety databases is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in biologic or natural science or health care discipline.
• Significant experience within Pharmacovigilance or medical device PMS.
• Proficiency in scientific and medical data interpretation and presentation.
• Strong collaborative and leadership skills for independent and team projects.
• Familiarity with pharmacovigilance regulations and data processing tools.
• Advanced degree (PhD/MPH/NP/PharmD) preferred.
• Experience with safety database systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Report to a Senior PV Scientist as part of the Pharmacovigilance team.
• Prepare and author aggregate safety reports for PSURs, DSURs, and RM Plans.
• Facilitate signal management processes including signal tracking and evaluations.
• Conduct safety literature reviews and gather data from other groups.
• Collaborate with Clinical Trial physicians and Global Safety Officers on programs.
• Coordinate and author responses to safety questions from regulators.
• Contribute to process improvements in aggregate reporting and signal management.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for global safety regulations and data analysis.
• Collaborate with clinical trial safety teams ensuring compliance with regulations.
