Job summary

Sureserve Energy Services in the United Kingdom is seeking a PV Engineer to join our Poole team, delivering high-quality servicing, maintenance and repairs for domestic Solar PV systems.

You will diagnose faults, perform planned maintenance, replace components and ensure work meets BS 7671 standards while keeping clear records and delivering professional customer advice.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification (or equivalent preferred).
• 18th Edition (BS 7671).
• Experience installing, servicing or maintaining Solar PV systems.
• Strong fault-finding skills and confidence working at height.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults on domestic Solar PV systems.
• Carry out planned maintenance and safety checks.
• Replace components including inverters, isolators and panels.
• Complete work to BS 7671 standards and maintain accurate job records.
• Provide clear, professional advice to customers.
