As part of our Advisory Sales Enablement team, you’ll support teams across KPMG through the end-to-end process of winning work. We assist with identifying client issues, positioning KPMG, producing proposal documents, and delivering pitches. You’ll work with senior stakeholders daily, building relationships, networking, and expanding your knowledge. Our team sells innovative tools and solutions to major organizations, helping KPMG win in a competitive market.

The role involves establishing and managing the pursuit process to support the pursuit team and Lead Partner, providing writing expertise. You will manage significant pursuits across advisory, often handling more than one simultaneously.

What will you be doing?

You will provide advice and challenge across all pursuit elements, including maintaining action plans, developing timelines with milestones, supporting client contact plans, proposal design and production, participating in value proposition and win themes sessions, political analysis, storyboarding, drafting non-technical content, and quality checks. You must understand pursuit sales methodology and implement best practices, communicating timelines and responsibilities to ensure successful completion.

What will you need to do it?

  • Significant experience in pursuit project management with a proven track record of winning business opportunities
  • Deep understanding of the pursuit process and ability to leverage prior experience
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Experience in writing/editing bids or business communications
  • Creative skills expressed in writing and verbally
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, initiative, and proactive approach
  • Ability to work under pressure, show determination, and take a pragmatic approach
  • Resilience and ability to be a critical team member
