As part of our Advisory Sales Enablement team, you’ll support teams across KPMG through the end-to-end process of winning work. We assist with identifying client issues, positioning KPMG, producing proposal documents, and delivering compelling pitches. You’ll work with senior stakeholders daily, building relationships and growing your knowledge. Our team sells innovative tools and solutions to major organizations, giving KPMG a competitive edge.

The Pursuit Manager establishes and manages the pursuit process, supporting the pursuit team and Lead Partner, providing writing expertise. The role involves managing multiple significant pursuits across advisory.

What will you be doing?

You will advise on all major elements of the pursuit process, including maintaining action plans, developing timelines, supporting client contact plans, proposal design, and quality checks. You will have knowledge of pursuit sales methodology and implement best practices, communicating timelines and responsibilities to ensure successful completion.

What will you need to do it?

  • Significant experience in pursuit project management with a proven track record of winning business
  • Deep understanding of the pursuit process and relevant experience
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Experience in writing/editing bids or business communications
  • Creative skills in writing and verbal expression
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, initiative, and proactive approach
  • Ability to work under pressure, show determination, and be pragmatic
  • Resilience and team-oriented mindset
