Job summary

Tradesliders is offering an apprenticeship for a bench joiner in Ossett, UK. You'll learn to assemble bedroom and bathroom furniture units, following drawings and manufacturing instructions, while gaining hands-on experience with cam and dowel fixings.

You'll complete a Carpentry and Joinery Level 2 programme with LUMINATE EDUCATION GROUP, spending at least 20% of hours in training and potentially moving into a full-time role after completion.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Mathematics (C/4) or equivalent.

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Bench Joiner to join our factory team, manufacturing high-quality bedroom and bathroom furniture units. The role involves assembling furniture components using cam and dowel fixings, ensuring all products are assembled accurately and meet our quality standards.

Annual wage: £15,392 a year

Monday to Friday.

Work

As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

Training

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
