Bosch Thermotechnology Ltd. in Worcester is seeking a Purchasing Quality Assurance Advanced Apprentice (Graduate) to support the QA team and collaborate with national and international teams on the supply base for Home Comfort products.

The role requires an engineering education (HND/BEng preferred) and strong analytical and communication skills, with an agile, hands-on mindset. Standard hours are 39 per week, on-site with Bosch benefits and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• University-level education in engineering is required, preferably HND or BEng in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities are important for collaboration across teams.
• Hands-on mindset with an agile approach to problem solving and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the Purchasing Quality Assurance team in day-to-day activities.
• Collaborate with national and international teams to develop the supply base for Home Comfort products.
• Assist with quality topics from purchased parts and investigation of supplier data.
• Work with internal and external cross-functional teams and suppliers as required.
• Support returns to supplier and cost collection processes and data management of quality complaints.
