Baltic Recruitment Limited is partnering with IPS Flow Systems to recruit an experienced Purchasing Manager for the UK market. The role leads a 4-person buying team and drives supplier performance, commercial negotiations, and stockholding strategies to support growth and profitability.

Based in a hybrid environment across the UK, you will balance availability with working capital while delivering clear procurement analytics to the Strategic Management Team and ensuring sustainability

Qualifications

• Significant experience within purchasing, procurement or supply-chain management.
• Previous experience managing and developing a purchasing or buying team.
• Strong commercial negotiation experience.
• Demonstrable experience of supplier management and sourcing.
• Experience of managing inventory and balancing availability against stockholding.
• Strong analytical and numerical capability.
• Experience using ERP/purchasing systems and Microsoft Excel including creating dashboards.
• Ability to work effectively with the Strategic Management Team and across different business functions.
• Experience working collaboratively with quality, compliance or similar functions on supplier-related matters.
