Responsibilities:

1. Negotiate the best terms to ensure the supply base and products meet business objectives in financial, technical, CSR, innovation, brand, and customer expectations.
2. Manage and challenge suppliers on performance, focusing on value for money, quality, and delivery levels, considering innovation.
3. Support bill of material pricing with finance to ensure competitive pricing for customers.
4. Present monthly reports on variances against budgets and plans to address under-recovery issues.
5. Implement SKU rationalization with NPD to optimize supply chain efficiency.
6. Oversee supply of ingredients and packaging within targeted levels.
7. Source new suppliers aligned with sourcing and sustainability strategies.
8. Manage indirect spend including sourcing, negotiation, and contracting for warehousing, transport, facilities, and equipment.
9. Implement profit improvement plans to achieve procurement savings.

The Ideal Person:

• Graduate with 3+ years of procurement management experience in FMCG, MCIPS certified or equivalent.
• Team player with previous management experience.
• Strong numeric, verbal reasoning, and IT skills.
