Are you a proactive and commercially minded purchasing professional ready to take the next step into leadership? We're seeking a Purchasing Manager to lead and develop an established Procurement Team, supporting the continued growth and operational excellence of the business.

This role will oversee all procurement activity through the MRP system, drive supplier performance, and deliver cost-effective purchasing strategies while maintaining optimal stock levels and compliance. You'll play a key part in mentoring your team and strengthening supplier relationships to ensure materials and services are procured efficiently and strategically.

The Role:

• Oversee the end-to-end purchasing function
• Lead, support, and develop a team of procurement professionals, promoting accountability and continuous improvement

• Identify opportunities for cost savings and lead efficiency initiatives
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Finance to support planning and problem solving
