VANRATH is delighted to support a global manufacturing leader in their search for a Purchasing Coordiantor to join their expanding supply chain team.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced purchasing professional aiming to advance within a large, dynamic organisation known for its strong culture of employee development and progression.

Location: Hybrid working model - Head office based in Dungannon (initial on-site training required)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive depending on experience + Excellent benefits including annual salary reviews, bonus schemes, and structured career growth opportunities

Role Overview:

  • Manage relationships with vendors and liaise closely with production and planning teams to ensure seamless material flow

  • Implement and support operational strategies aligned with business goals and sales forecasts

  • Take part in cross-departmental planning and daily operational discussions

  • Track supplier contracts and pricing structures to ensure competitiveness and compliance

  • Create purchase orders and oversee invoice matching and approvals

  • Maintain accurate procurement data using Oracle ERP software

  • Contribute to bid and pricing activities, supporting commercial proposals and client submissions

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven background in a Buyer or Procurement role, ideally within a manufacturing or technical setting

  • High level of IT literacy, particularly in ERP/MRP systems - Oracle experience is highly desirable

  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
