Job summary

TMRG in Aston, Birmingham is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to join the onsite team. The role offers a £32,000 annual salary with training and development opportunities, parking, a canteen onsite, and a 9am–4pm schedule.

Your responsibilities include managing purchase orders, obtaining supplier quotations, monitoring stock, tracking deliveries, and maintaining ERP records. Manufacturing experience and Excel proficiency are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage purchase orders to ensure materials, components
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and maintain competitive purchasing costs
• Monitor stock levels and material availability to support production schedules
• Track supplier deliveries, resolve late shipments, and address any purchasing or supply chain issues promptly
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, update the ERP system, and ensure all purchase orders are raised correctly
• Raise invoices and check supplier pricing
