Job summary

ePropelled, Coventry-based developer of electric propulsion systems for UAVs, is seeking a Purchasing Assistant to join the Procurement team.

You will raise purchase orders, coordinate suppliers, track materials and support production planning across our UK, US, and India operations. We welcome graduates and those with transferable skills.

This full-time role offers on-site with hybrid flexibility and opportunities to grow within a growing manufacturing scale-up.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities to manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and willingness to challenge inaccuracies or missing documentation.
• Proficient in Excel; comfortable handling data and basic analytics.
• Excellent communication and collaborative approach to solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with raising and managing purchase orders and follow up on outstanding orders.
• Support supplier onboarding and required approvals.
• Track incoming materials against production needs and flag delays to Buyers.
• Maintain accurate records in Odoo and ensure data integrity across procurement processes.
