Account Manager / Merchandiser

We are partnering with a Manchester-based retail & fashion company to appoint an Account Manager / Merchandiser.

On a growth trajectory, this is a great opportunity to work for a successful business specialising in the ladies footwear sector.

Reporting into the Director, the business is looking for a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.

Duties will include:

Account Manager:

• Management of sales channels
• Price changes based on daily reports
• Uploading new listings live
• Communication with account managers for respective channels
• Ability to sell multi-products - women's footwear, handbags/accessories, kids footwear
• Promotions, social content, trade meetings

Merchandising:

• Using reporting systems to decide on repeat stock purchases
• Analyzing sales and forecasting future performance
• Managing stock levels
• Re-ordering stock and deciding purchase quantities
• Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail

Candidate Profile:

• Strong administration experience in order management
• Detail-oriented
• Experience in merchandising/retail is advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of social media channels - TikTok and Instagram
