We are excited to be recruiting for a Purchasing Analyst. This is an unrivalled opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest growing motor groups.

We are looking to recruit an ambitious, smart and motivated individual to begin their career and work within our Purchasing Department at our Distribution Centre in Doncaster. An average day as a Purchasing Analyst

  • Maintenance and adherence to Manufacturer and Group core stock replenishment systems including daily order processes, supersessions, return processes and stock updates.
  • You will be responsible for obsolescence data downloading and communication handling.
  • You will be responsible for implementing the required processes to support a quality service to key parts customers.
  • You will be responsible for implementing the required processes to support a quality service to Group sites to support their needs.
  • You will be responsible for multiple data downloading/ collating and report preparation for analysis.
  • You will collate and distribute reports to Site Managers and Regional Managers.
  • Full training will be provided to audit branch procedures and processes to improve adherence to Group and Manufacturer purchasing policies.

  • You will be computer literate, especially Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • You will have excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • Committed to providing excellent customer service and thrive in a busy high-pressured environment.
  • You will have an excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate at management level.
