The Role
You will be working within a busy administration team as a Purchasing administrator at a location based in Telford. It is an exciting and varied role, whereby you will be raising purchase orders, ensuring supplier information is correct and that pricing and any discounts applied are also accurate as well as associated delivery dates. You will work with suppliers to gain quotes and check lead times for materials, maintaining and building strong relationship with the supply chain.
The Person
We are looking for a good communicator, with strong administration skills and someone that is organised and IT literate, we would ideally like you to have knowledge of financial accounting software, something such as Xero, Quickbooks or Sage 50 but this is not essential if you can demonstrate IT literacy, strong admin department experience and supplier liaison experience. You may have held other suitable and similar roles in your career such as an Administrator, Sales Support Administrator, Supply Chain Coordinator, Accounts Payable Assistant and these would all be relevant.
