Job description

Our client, a leading B2B technology reseller, is looking for a detail-oriented and organised Purchasing Administrator/Buyer to support their procurement team and ensure the efficient acquisition of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, a strong understanding of purchasing procedures, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you’re someone who enjoys managing multiple tasks and building strong supplier relationships, this role could be the perfect fit.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Creating and tracking purchase orders (POs), ensuring timely approval, and managing all related documentation.
  2. Handling post-sale inquiries, including license requests and invoice-related concerns, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Regular communication with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  4. Assisting with inventory orders to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  5. Managing purchasing administration duties, including handling shared inboxes and distributing workload accordingly.

The ideal candidate will have a background in purchasing or procurement, but this is not essential and entry level candidates will be considered. Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills are a must, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a fast-growing organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
