Barrett Steel in Bradford is offering a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship within the Purchasing Team. You will provide full administrative and purchasing support, reporting to the Purchasing Manager, with mentoring from a strong site team and blended learning techniques during your training while contributing to core business activities.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Competenze

• Organised and methodical approach.
• Basic IT skills including Word; Excel/PowerPoint a plus.
• GCSEs in English & Maths (grade 5+ ideal).
• Live locally to Bradford site; driving preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide administrative and purchasing support to the team.
• Assist with orders, stock checks and supplier communications.
• Enter purchase orders and ensure accurate receipt of materials.
• Support with goods inwards and customs declarations where needed.
