A reputable staffing agency is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Order Administrator for a remote role. The position requires local residency near Bedworth, Nuneaton, or Coventry. Main responsibilities include managing the purchase order mailbox, raising purchase orders, and maintaining weekly reports in Excel. Ideal candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational skills and proficiency in Excel.
Location: Candidates must be based locally to Bedworth, Nuneaton, or Coventry
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 (30-minute break)
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour or £14.57 including your holiday pay
Start Date: Immediate
Working Arrangement: Remote - must have a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection
We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Purchase Order Administrator to join our clients team on a full-time basis. This is a remote role; however, candidates must live locally to Bedworth, Nuneaton, or Coventry to be considered.
As a key part of the purchasing team, you will be responsible for the daily management of the purchase order mailbox, raising purchase orders, and producing weekly statistical reports in Excel.
Monitor and manage the Outlook mailbox for incoming purchase order requests
Raise purchase orders accurately and efficiently
Produce and maintain weekly statistical reports using Excel
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and procurement policies
Liaise with internal departments to resolve any purchase order issues
