A leading manufacturing organization based in Wigan is seeking a Purchase Ledger to manage invoicing and bank reconciliations due to recent growth. Candidates with at least 2 years of experience and strong knowledge of Sage/SAP are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years Purchase Ledger experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Sage/SAP and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring invoices are posted correctly.
  • Matching and batching invoices.
  • Conducting multi-currency bank reconciliations.
  • Managing weekly suppliers payment runs.

Description

The client in question are a manufacturing organisation who are based in Wigan, due to recent growth they are now looking to take on a Purchase Ledger to complete the following duties:

  • Ensuring invoices are posted correctly
  • Matching and batching
  • Multi currency bank reconciliations
  • Dealing with weekly suppliers payment runs

The following experience would strengthen your application:

  • Sage/SAP knowledge
  • Minimum 2 years Purchase Ledger experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
