Job Description:
  • Salary: £11.95 per hour
  • Location: Brighton
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm (40 hours per week)

We are looking for committed and self-motivated Purchase Ledger to work for one of our well-established clients based in the Brighton area. There is free parking on site.

Duties will include:

  • Match invoices and forward any price queries to the relevant persons
  • Carry out reconciliations on a monthly basis and provide a statement to suppliers
  • Reporting to the finance controller
  • Maintain filing reports of electronic statements
  • Review outstanding invoices on a regular basis and carry out work to resolve queries
