Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting a Purchase Ledger Administrator for a role based at Norton Canes. The successful candidate will join a busy, supportive team and manage purchase ledger tasks on a daily basis.

Key duties include chasing invoices, allocating payments, raising POs and maintaining precise financial records, with Monday to Friday 08:00–16:30 shifts and the opportunity for ongoing assignments plus long‑term prospects.

Qualifications

• Previous Purchase Ledger or Accounts Administration experience.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong computer literacy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Chasing outstanding invoices.
• Allocating payments accurately.
• Raising Purchase Orders (POs).
• Maintaining accurate financial records.
• General administrative duties as required.
