Qualifications

• 1 year accounting experience preferred
• Experience with purchase ledger and payroll supervision preferred
• Strong data-entry accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze purchase invoices and credit notes
• Ensure accurate data entry of invoices into the system
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to purchase ledger
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Collaborate with HR to ensure timely payment of invoices
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve issues
