Overview

We are working with a London-based Interior design agency to help find them a Purchase Ledger Manager for a 4-week freelance/contract booking starting late in September. The role will be based full time in the clients' London office.

Responsibilities
  • Processing supplier invoices, allocating them to appropriate projects and accurately recording project expenses
  • Recording, controlling and reconciling petty cash
  • Reconciling credit card spend
  • Posting all invoices and payments on Sage
  • Keeping track of all project spending and ensuring accurate data entry into all the databases
  • Issue supplier payments
Qualifications

Applicants must have a solid Purchase Ledger background, ideally from within a creative agency/company environment, be fluent in Sage and Excel and have a full understanding of accounts processes.
