Job summary

Xeinadin is hiring a Purchase Ledger Clerk in Sittingbourne to own the purchase ledgers end-to-end, ensuring accurate supplier transactions and timely processing. You will maintain ledger integrity and support supplier relationships in a fast-paced hub.

You will process invoices, manage payments, reconcile statements, and assist with month-end close while upholding controls and audit readiness. Hybrid working and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a purchase ledger/accounts payable role.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and controls.
• Good Excel skills and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end responsibility for the purchase ledger and ensure accuracy at all times.
• Process supplier invoices and staff expenses within agreed timelines.
• Maintain supplier master data and reconcile statements; respond to queries.
