TES is an award-winning environmental engineering company specializing in Water Treatment and Power Distribution solutions. Due to continued growth, TES has an opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Executive to join our Ballykelly team.

Job Details

Title: Purchase Ledger Executive

Reporting to: Purchase Ledger Manager

Division: Finance

Location: Ballykelly

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Competitive, Negotiable based on experience

Role Function

Purchase Ledger

  • Complete supplier reconciliations in a timely manner and process monthly supplier payments.
  • Assist with the implementation of SICON and other efficient systems.
  • Reconcile Nominal Ledgers to P&L and Balance Sheet.
  • Investigate costs outside acceptable parameters.
  • Run Commercial Reports for all projects.
  • Work with the Purchase Ledger Manager on KPIs, reporting weekly and monthly.
  • Assist in producing Management Accounts for TES Power Ltd.
The Person
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally focused on purchase ledger.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, preferably SAGE 200/SICON.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Eager to work in a dynamic environment emphasizing growth and employee culture.
