Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking a Purchase Ledger Controller to join our finance team on a permanent, office-based basis. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate purchase ledger records, reconciliations, and timely supplier payments, while supporting month-end activities.

The ideal candidate has solid purchase ledger experience, accuracy, and a proactive approach to learning and development.

Qualifications

• Essential Purchase Ledger experience.
• Experience with supplier statement reconciliations and payment runs is required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Good Excel and accounting system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Process authorised purchase invoices and credit notes accurately.
• Manage purchase orders and support continuous improvement of PO and GRNI processes.
• Match delivery notes to purchase orders and ensure correct part numbers.
• Handle purchase ledger inbox and ensure documentation is authorised and processed promptly.
• Resolve supplier queries and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate outstanding items.
• Manage company credit card reconciliations and postings.
• Prepare and process weekly and monthly supplier payment runs.
• Support month-end close processes including accruals and correct period accounting.
• Assist with sales ledger processes when required.
