Job Description
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and documentation.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable.
- Provide support during audits and assist with compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure smooth month-end and year-end processes.
- Respond to financial queries from internal teams or external stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvements within the finance department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
- A background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- An eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial tasks.
