Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and pivots), and experience with Sage, Xero, SAP, or Oracle. A collaborative, detail‑driven approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable.
• Strong IT literacy with MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
• Familiar with common accounting software (Sage, Xero, SAP or Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing: match, batch, and code supplier invoices.
• Statement Reconciliations: regular supplier statement reconciliations and discrepancies.
• Payment Runs: assist with weekly and monthly BACS payment runs.
• Query Resolution: main contact for internal and external invoice queries; resolve pricing or delivery issues.
• New Supplier Onboarding: set up new supplier accounts and maintain sub-ledger records.
• Month-End Support: assist with month-end closing processes and reporting.
