Job summary

NW Recruitment Services Ltd in the Earby area is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a long term temporary basis. You will manage the purchase ledger, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time. Key duties include matching invoices to GRNs and posting onto the ledger, reconciling supplier statements, and resolving any supplier queries.

The role also offers flexible hours within a 37-hour week. Hours of work: 37 hours, flextime; Mon-Thu 8:30am–5pm, Fri earlier finish.

Qualifications

• Experience matching invoices to GRNs and posting to the ledger.
• Ability to process 200+ invoices per week.
• Experience handling supplier queries and resolving issues.
• Ability to reconcile accounts and support the manager.
