RG Consultancy is delighted to be working with an established and leading manufacturing company in Wrexham, which is looking for an Accounts/Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Duties:

1. Handling cash transactions
2. Monitoring cash receipts and payments
3. Setting up and amending supplier accounts in the ledger
4. Logging supplier invoices against approved purchase orders
5. Preparing supplier payment runs for approval and bank submissions
6. Issuing sales invoices to suppliers for performance rebates
7. Downloading and filing bank statements
8. Managing group travel expenses
9. Posting weekly and period-end journals supported by Group Accountants
