Job Description:

You will be responsible for processing high-volume supplier invoices, ensuring they are accurately matched with purchase orders and goods received notes, along with other core duties such as:

• Dealing with supplier queries
• Scanning and filing invoices
• Checking invoices against purchase orders and resolving any price or quantity discrepancies with the supply chain and warehouse teams
• Organising invoices for approval and liaising with staff to ensure timely authorization
• Undertaking monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
• Handling email and telephone queries
• Processing staff expense claims for the Group

Qualifications:

• Experience working in an Accounts Payable (AP) team
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook & Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with suppliers
• Ability to work independently, with good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to align behavior with organizational priorities and goals
• Maintaining accurate and timely records while meeting deadlines
• Flexible approach to daily tasks and ad hoc duties
• Confidence in handling performance-related issues
• Drive and tenacity to achieve high customer service standards
