What You'll Do
  • Invoice Management: Process supplier invoices accurately and on time.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Match invoices with purchase orders, handle coding, and resolve any queries with requesters and suppliers.
  • Payment Processing: Raise payments via BACS, run payment processes, and handle staff expenses.
  • Month-End Procedures: Perform daily reconciliations of takings for all outlets and participate in month-end stock takes.
  • General Duties: Take on ad-hoc finance tasks as needed and work additional hours to support business needs.
What You Bring
  • Experience: At least one year in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent Excel and IT skills, with experience in Sage Line 200 and 50 being a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Keep our processes running smoothly and efficiently.
