Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk

Location: Poole

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

What will you do?

  • Handle all purchase ledger administrative tasks
  • Manage the entire process of purchase ledger invoices
  • Respond to queries from suppliers and internal departments
  • Reconcile statements and check for discrepancies
  • Organize invoices and statements efficiently
  • Ensure credit card transactions are processed correctly
  • Attend weekly departmental meetings
  • Perform ad hoc duties across other departments as required
  • Process internal company expense forms and files
