Your expertise will help in managing vendor relationships, processing invoices, delivering payment runs, and partnering with key stakeholders across the organisation.

What We’re Looking For:

? Experience:

  • Proven experience in purchase ledger management, ideally at a senior level.
  • Strong knowledge of reconciliations and a three-way match system.

? Skills:

  • Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A proactive, organised, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Competent IT skills, with experience in Sage, Concur, or MS Dynamics being advantageous.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage vendor relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration

Oversee the end-to-end purchase ledger process, including invoice processing, payment runs, and reconciliations

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to maintain smooth financial operations

Identify and implement process improvements, prioritizing automation and efficiency

Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement

Support the Finance Operations Manager in integrating new acquisitions

Contribute to managing team performance and fostering a positive work environment
