You'll play a key role in managing all cashiering and purchase ledger activities, including processing supplier invoices, reconciling statements, handling employee expenses, managing payment runs, and supporting daily finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Matching and processing purchase invoices.
  • Supplier statement and bank reconciliations.
  • Posting bank receipts/payments and cash/cheque handling.
  • Supporting ad hoc admin tasks like hotel bookings and stationery orders.
  • Monitoring shared finance inboxes and ensuring timely responses.
