Job Vacancy: Casual Purchase Ledger Clerk at Foxhills Collection

Are you a self-motivated individual with exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on compliance? Foxhills Collection is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to support our Accounts team.

Position: Purchase Ledger Clerk
Location: Foxhills Club & Resort
Type: Casual contract - potential for 40 hours in the first two months

Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices - review and code invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Reconciling supplier statements with the company's records to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
  • Handling and addressing enquiries and queries from both internal and external parties regarding purchase orders and payments.
  • Processing staff expenses.
  • Preparing and authorising payments to suppliers through BACs.
  • Maintaining records of all transactions, ensuring proper documentation and organisation.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • AAT Level 2 qualification (or equivalent experience) or experience with accounts software is advantageous.
