We are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Finance team in Coatbridge.

The Purchase Ledger Clerk joining our team will help us to continue to do things the right way for customers, colleagues, and the planet.

A Little Bit More About The Role
  • Code, match, and input stock and non-stock supplier invoices.
  • Process intercompany invoices.
  • Resolve queries from suppliers and other departments.
  • Preparation of mid-month and end-of-month payment runs.
  • Monthly supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Ability to undertake other finance duties when required.
  • Supply of audit information to internal/external auditors.
Experience & Skills
  • Previous experience within a similar role in a production/distribution/logistics environment.
  • Excellent IT skills including MS Excel.
  • Great communication skills/ability to relay key information to colleagues and internal/external customers.
  • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy.
