Job Description
  • Process and match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Ensure accurate coding of invoices within the accounting system.
  • Prepare and process payment runs in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accounts are up to date.
  • Resolve supplier queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist in month-end reporting tasks.
  • Support the accounting and finance team with ad hoc duties as required.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:

  • Previous experience in purchase ledger or accounts payable.
  • A strong understanding of accounting and finance principles.
