Salary from £13,520 up to £16,020 (20-22 hours per week)

Introduction

We are looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our friendly Accounts team based in our Support Centre, Colten House in Ringwood, Hampshire (BH24 3FE) on a part time basis. We are happy to be flexible for the right candidate!

About The Role

As a Purchase Ledger Assistant, you will assist the team with the day-to-day running of the purchase ledger. You will be able to accurately code and process the food and wine invoices for our homes and assist with other catering and general invoices when required. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential for this role as you will be required to match individual ledgers to statements and also enter bank details to our financial system. We're looking for a great team player as occasional cover will be required to cover annual leave and support the team.

About You

You'll have previous experience within a similar accounts or administrative role with excellent written and verbal communication skills. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail and the ability to input information accurately.

You'll also be adaptable to change and have the ability to prioritise and organise your own workload in a fast-paced environment. You'll also have a good working knowledge of MS Office and the ability to use a basic phone system.
